Arrival & Departure

In case of arrival after 6 pm please give us a call
Check out: by 10.00 am on the day of departure
Late Check out: possible, subject to availability, by 5.00 pm subject to a surcharge of € 50 per ChaletSuite. To be arranged the day before the day of departure.

 

Booking, cancellation & cancellation insurance

Booking:
your booking will be binding once we receive your deposit, after which we will send you a written confirmation indicating your booked dates. The deposit may be paid by credit card or bank transfer. In order to receive the booking confirmation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost is required. Online bookings are only valid if the deposit is received within 3 days from after the booking date.

Cancellation policies:
Within 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show 100 % of the accommodation price
Within 30 to 7 days before arrival 50 % of the accommodation price
Up to 30 days before arrival we will credit the deposit for another holiday within one year.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full room rate will be charged.
Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
